Dr. Galina Nikolskaya is a double board-certified neurologist
and clinical neurophysiologist with over 16 years of experience
helping people understand and improve brain function.
Her work combines medical expertise with cognitive-behavioral
approaches, mindfulness-based practices, stress physiology, and
behavior change. She is also a UCSD-Certified Hypnotherapist,
a certified coach, and a certified Positive Discipline Parent
Educator — a combination that gives her a practical,
whole-person lens on how people function professionally,
personally, and relationally.
